How this works

You begin with a free, 20-minute introductory conversation.

We’ll talk about what is happening, what feels unclear or stuck, and what you are hoping to change or better understand.

If coaching appears to be a good fit, I’ll explain the options that make the most sense for your situation. If it isn’t, I’ll tell you that as well.

Life Coaching for When You’re Ready for Something to Change

Life coaching can be especially valuable when you know you want something in your life to be different, but you are not yet clear about what needs to change or how to move forward.

You may be facing a transition, reconsidering your direction, feeling stuck in a situation that no longer works, or simply realizing that the way you have been approaching something is not producing the results you want.

My role as a life coach is not to hand you a predetermined solution or put you through a one-size-fits-all program. We work from your circumstances, your priorities, and the outcome you want to create.

Together, we identify what is getting in the way, develop greater clarity and focus, determine a practical direction, and create the structure and accountability needed to turn that direction into action.

For families, that same individualized approach applies when a college student is struggling with the transition to greater independence, responsibility, and academic life. The circumstances may be different, but the objective remains the same: understand what is happening, determine what needs to change, and begin moving forward with greater purpose and direction.

My approach

My approach to life coaching is practical, individualized, and focused on helping people move from uncertainty to greater clarity, direction, and action.

I do not use a fixed formula or assume that everyone needs the same solution. We begin with your specific circumstances, what is not working, what you want to understand or change, and what kind of outcome would actually be meaningful to you.

From there, the work may involve clarifying priorities, improving decision-making, creating structure, strengthening accountability, changing unproductive patterns, or identifying the next practical steps forward.

For college students and families, that same approach is applied to the challenges that can come with greater independence, reduced structure, changing communication, and increased responsibility. The goal is not control or pressure. It is to help students develop stronger self-management and decision-making skills while helping parents understand when to guide, when to support, and when to step back.

Across both areas of my work, the focus remains the same: greater clarity, a more intentional direction, practical structure, consistent action, and progress toward an outcome that fits the individual situation.
